cookies and storage
the short version: this site sets no first-party cookies at all — no tracking, no advertising, no analytics cookies. what it does use is your browser's local storage (localstorage and cache) to remember your preferences and progress — strictly necessary for the features you yourself use, which is why no consent banner is required.

none. neither the site nor its voting or leaderboard services set cookies.
analytics
this site currently uses no analytics system at all — neither with cookies nor without them. if audience measurement were ever introduced, it would be a cookieless tool (such as cloudflare web analytics) that stores nothing on your device and identifies no one, and this policy would be updated to reflect it.
third-party cookies and identifiers
- cloudflare turnstile (bot protection for the votes and for the game's episode-notification email): when it runs, it may use strictly necessary technical identifiers to tell people apart from bots and protect the site against abuse. being essential to the security of the service, these identifiers are exempt from the consent requirement.
- tiktok (embedded videos): videos do not load until you click on the video card. if you click, tiktok's official player loads and may set its own cookies under its own policy. clicking is your consent for that specific load; if you don't click, tiktok is never contacted.
what the site keeps in your browser (localstorage)
everything below stays on your device, under your control, and serves only features you activate:
the site also works as an installable app (pwa): a service worker keeps copies of pages and assets you have already visited in the browser cache (cache storage) so the site loads faster and works offline. this is a technical cache with no personal data.

why there is no cookie banner
the law (art. 5(3) of the eprivacy directive and art. 22.2 of the spanish lssi-ce) only requires consent for storage that is not strictly necessary for a service you have requested. on this site:
- there are no first-party cookies of any kind;
- there are no analytics of any kind;
- local storage holds only preferences and progress for features you yourself use (exempt from consent);
- turnstile's security identifiers are strictly necessary (exempt); and
- the only third-party content (tiktok) does not load until you request it with a click, and that click is your consent for that load.
that is why no banner is shown: there is nothing to consent to before you act.
how to manage it
you can clear this site's local storage and cache from your browser's privacy settings. bear in mind that doing so deletes your game saves, your chosen language and the record of your votes (and with it, the ability to change a vote you already cast). blocking third-party cookies in your browser does not affect browsing this site; it can only prevent tiktok videos from playing if you choose to load them.
